What is Horizontal Screen?

Horizontal screens are oval elliptical moving screens with a flat, horizontal surface and can be positioned from 0 to 10 degrees. The oval stroke movement of a horizontal screen is generated by a 3-shaft vibrating mechanism.

How Does Horizontal Screen Work?
Horizontal screens utilize eliptic motions generated by the 3 shaft vibrating mechanism to accelerate and move the material across the screen surface.Materials smaller than the screen aperture in the material moving across the screen deck are classified as smaller than the aperture size and larger materials are classified as larger.
