Portable Primary Impact Crushers

Portable Primary Impact Crushers are wheel-mounted rock crushing machines, engineered for primary crushing applications. MEKA Portable Primary Impact crushers combine the rugged reliability of our impact crushers with the high stroke grizzly feeders for a high production portable primary crushing machine.

Applications

Portable Primary Impact Crushers Plants are extremely versatile and economical units and have proven their effectiveness in a host of missions like crushing soft and medium-hard materials such as limestone, low abrasive rocks, for quarrying, cement industry, concrete and asphalt recycling and are the optimal choice if you want to move the crushing plant from one site to another periodically.
Why MEKA Portable Impact Crushers?

Stringent output and productivity demands : Heavy duty double breaker plates ensures great reduction ratios, reduced power consumption.

Loading maximized : With large unobstructed feed opening, can be fed with material blocks the size of their feed opening.

Cubical products : The final shape delivered aims to meet the exacting specifications for flakiness and elongation required to produce asphalt and concrete products.

Ease of operation and maintenance : Hydraulically opened frame for impact crusher and hydraulic assist breaker plate adjustment.

Self contained electrical switchgear cabinet mounted on the semi-trailer, with controls for feeder, crusher and discharge belt conveyor,

Electrical switchgear cabinet can be located on the ground during operation,

2” / 3 ½” King-pin, double or triple-axle bogie with air-brakes, ABS and travel lights, mudflaps.

What is Portable Primary Impact Crusher?
They are wheel mounted portable primary crushing units with high reduction ratios used in the primary stage for crushing soft to medium hard, low abrasive materials. One deck screen can be installed to grizzly feeder as an option to remove the fine material.
Types of Portable Primary Impact Crushers
Portable Primary Impact Plant is a unit on trailer chassis comprising of feed hopper, grizzly feeder and impact crusher to be used in primary stage for crushing soft to medium hard, low abrasive materials.
How Does Portable Primary Impact Crushers Work?
The bigger size than the grizzly opening of the feeder in the feed materail enters the crushing chamber of the crusher and is crushed by the impact of the blowbars on the rotating rotor of the crusher and by hitting the breaker plates opposite of rotor. The crushed material is fed to the belt coveyor under on the same chassis.
Advantages of Using Portable Primary Impact Crushers
In addition to the general advantages of the impact crusher like high capacity, highly cubical end products in the primary stage, the advantages of being portable are as follows;

Compact design: Equipment ready to work for primary stage crushing on a single chassis
Ready for operation: Can be commissioned and started up quickly
No concrete works: No need for much concrete and site preparation. Quick and easy site change for another project.

Portable Primary Impact Crushers Processes Applications
Portable Impact Plants are suitable for crushing soft to medium hard, non-abrasive rocks.
