What is Portable Two-Stage Plant?

Two Stage Plant is a portable unit which consist of feed hopper, feeder and jaw crusher as a primary stage , inclined screen and cone crusher as a secondary stage. It is used in a wide range of different applications such as quarry, gravel pit, mining or recycling for size reduction and end product production.

Types of Portable Two-Stage Plants
For lower capacity requirements, plant can be configured with smaller crushers, namely MJ60 jaw Crusher and MCH200 Cone Crusher.
How Does Portable Two-Stage Plants Work?
The material fed from the grizzly feeder to the jaw crusher comes to the screen (with bypass material in some applications) after being crushed. The oversize material is fed to the cone crusher running in closed circuit to produce final products to be stocked.
Advantages of Using Portable Two-Stage Plants
In addition to the advantages of each piece of equipment on the portable chassis, the advantages of this plant being portable are as follows:

Compact design : Equipment ready to operate primary and secondary stage crushing and product classification on a single chassis
Ready to start-up : Can be commissioned and started up quickly
No concrete works : No need for concrete and site preparation
Quick and easy site replacement for another project
Portable Two-Stage Plants Processes Applications
These portable two-stage plants are suitable for crushing hard to soft rocks, and non-abrasive to abrasive rocks.
