Capacity values are indicative only, crusher performance may vary depending on the feed gradation, feed moisture content,crushability of the material, crusher rpm, installed power and the crushing circuit design.
Sizes bigger than the grizzly opening of the feeder in the feed materail enters the crushing chamber of the crusher and is crushed by the impact of the blowbars on the rotor of the crusher and by hitting the breaker plates opposite of rotor. The crushed material is sent to the screen to classify the product and the oversize is returned to the crusher for further size reduction.
