What is Portable Inclined Screen?

Portable inclined screens are wheel mounted units, screening area selected to meet different capacities, and with 2-3-4 decks.

Types of Portable Inclined Screens
The portable inclined screen plant is a unit consisting of an inclined screen mounted on a trailer chassis.
How Does Portable Inclined Screens Work?
The material fed into the screen on trailer chassis is classified bigger than aperture size and smaller than apertures size according to the size of the screening media on deck using the mechanical force created by gravity and vibration.
Advantages of Using Portable Inclined Screens
In addition to the general advantages of the inclined screen such as high capacity in dry or wet processes applications , the advantages of being portable are as follows;

Compact design: Portable inclined screens are ready to produce the products on its own or can be easily adopted to a plant.
Ready for operation: Can be commissioned and started up quickly
No concrete work: No need for excess concrete and site preparation

Quick and easy site change for another project.

Portable Inclined Screens Processes Applications
Portabel Inclined vibrating screens are used in various industries, for aggregate production, mining operations, industrial mineral production and agriculture, and in the chemical and food sectors.
