What is Portable Screening Plant?

The portable inclined screen plant is a unit consisting of an feed hopper, belt feeder, inclined screen and belt conveyor feeding the screen.

Types of Portable Screening Plant
The portable inclined screen plant with feeder is a classifying unit consisting of an inclined screen, hopper, belt feeder and a conveyor belt feeding to the screen mounted on the same trailer chassis.
How Does Portable Screening Plant Work?
The material fed to the hopper on trailer chassis is discharged to a belt conveyor to be fed to the inclined screen to be classified according to the aperture sizes. The material fed to screen start to be stratified and separation due to the circular motion of the screen. This motion and gravity make the material move on the deck of the screen and the  material smaller than the aperture size pass through the aperture and the bigger size is discharged from the screen from the top deck.
Advantages of Using Portable Screening Plant
In addition to the general advantages of the inclined screen , such as high capacity in dry or wet process applications, the advantages of being portable are as follows:

Compact design: Complete screening plant in compact design with the possibility of receiving end products, also suitable for primary feeding.

Ready for operation: Can be commissioned and started up quickly No concrete work: No need for excess concrete and site preparation

Ready for relocation: Quick and easy site change for another project.
Portable Screening Plant Processes Applications
Portable Inclined vibrating screens with feeders are used in various industries, for aggregate production, mining operations, industrial mineral production and agriculture, and in the chemical and food sectors. They can be used in rip rap projects as well.
