Portable Secondary Impact Crushers

MEKA (MPSI) Portable Secondary Impact Crusher plants are built with the MSI secondary impact crushers as the core. Accommodating four-blow bar configuration, these plants offer the adaptability and capacity required to meet high production demands. A large feed opening and a high-performance rotor make these impact crushers well-suited for recycle and aggregate processing applications. With maximum uptime and high production, these plants deliver exceptional performance.

Applications

Equipped with a horizontal shaft impact crusher and a feed hopper with belt feeder, it is designed especially for processing soft and medium-hard materials, such as limestone and recycled materials.

They can be used in multistage crushing process or as a stand-alone unit crushing pre-crushed material.

Why MEKA Portable Secondary Impact Crushers?

What is Portable Secondary Impact Crusher?
This is a portable unit which consist of feed hopper, belt feeder, secondary impact crusher and a discharge conveyor on the same trailer chassis. They are secondary crushing units, wheel mounted,  with high reduction ratios, used in the secondary stage for crushing soft to medium hard low abrasive rocks.
Types of Portable Secondary Impact Crushers
The portable secondary crusher is a single portable unit used to crush soft to medium hard, low abrasive rocks to produce end product size material.
How Does Portable Secondary Impact Crushers Work?
The material fed to the crusher through the belt feeder is crushed by the impact of the blowbars on the rotating rotor of the crusher and by hitting the breaker plates opposite the rotor. The crushed material is discharged to the belt conveyor under the crusher on the same trailer chassis.
Advantages of Using Portable Secondary Impact Crushers
In addition to the general advantages of the impact crusher like high capacity, cubical end products, the advantages of being portable are as follows;

Compact design: a large proportion of production ready to be screened as end product in a compact plant
Ready for operation: Can be commissioned and started up quickly
No concrete works: No need for much concrete and site preparation.

Quick and easy site change for another project.

Portable Secondary Impact Crushers Processes Applications
Portable secondary impact crusher plants are suitable for crushing soft to medium hard, low abrasive rocks to produce aggregates to be used in various industries such asphalt, cement, concrete etc.
