Portable Wash Plants

Portable Horizontal Wash plants are wheel-mounted, and provide a combination of quality, reliability, performance, long service life while operating under the most demanding applications. Wash Plants combine horizontal, triple-shaft screens with a complete spray system. The screens are complemented by twin dewatering fine washers and fitted with strategically placed nozzles for material scrubbing. High capacity fine washers deliver the fine aggregates while chutes and cross conveyors deliver the sized products.

How Does Portable Wash Plants Work?
The coarse material fed to the washing screen is discharged to belt conveyors through the upper chutes to be stocked, while the sand is fed to the fine washer below the screen.The sand after being processed in the fine washer is discharged to the belt conveyor to be stocked.
