The Mexican aggregate production industry is evolving faster than ever. The increasing demand for roads, housing and infrastructure in the country creates a need to produce more and more raw materials at competitive prices with minimal environmental impact. The constant and consistent supply of quality aggregates is one of the industry’s prime challenges.

In addition to engineering, automation, manufacturing and delivery of the complete three-stage crushing and screening plant, MEKA supervised the mechanical and electrical erection, oversaw the cold and hot commissioning of the plant.
MEKA plants can be used to solve problems of any complexity, such as working in difficult climatic conditions and with materials with a complex physical and mechanical structure;
• Feed material contained high amount of fines and during the rainy season can become wet, sticky and clay like.
• Apron-Wobbler Feeder combination is used for efficient feeding and screening of wet, muddy and sticky material.
• Material to be processed is Limestone with a solid density of 2.7 tons/m³
• Feed material size : 0-600 mm
• The hourly production of required products is 600 metric tons/hour.
