MEKA M100 Mobile Concrete Batching Plant Commissioned in Georgia

MEKA M100 Mobile Concrete Batching Plant Commissioned in Georgia

MEKA has completed the installation and commissioning of an M100 Mobile Concrete Batching Plant in Georgia, the latest addition to its project portfolio in the country. The plant will supply fresh concrete to construction projects across the region.

To raise operational speed and make better use of the site footprint, the plant was equipped with a fixed, compact aggregate pre-loading system that streamlines the aggregate feeding process and helps keep output steady under demanding site conditions.

On the equipment side, a Zero-type cement silo filter was specified as part of an environmentally considerate setup, alongside a full set of silo equipment. Cement handling runs through high-capacity 273 x 15,000 mm screw conveyors, and the control system was built to the project's requirements: the MCC panel and automation infrastructure were configured to drive the plant's two cement screw conveyors and distribute the load stably across the system.

One detail set this installation apart: the software interface was configured entirely in Georgian, so local operators can run the M100 accurately and operate it smoothly day to day, reducing the chance of operator error.

With mobile batching solutions and plant options for both construction and energy projects, MEKA continues to support project requirements in Georgia and across the wider region.
