MEKA STRENGTHENS ITS PRESENCE IN KUWAIT WITH NEW REFERENCES

Our customer, one of the biggest cement and ready-mix manufacturers in Kuwait, prefers MEKA for their new project.  The name of the project is Al Mutlaa Residential City in Kuwait. This new city has a projected population of over 400,000 residents and covers more than 100 square kilometers. Because of the good name and preferred best quality of MEKA in the Kuwait market, they preferred MEKA.

The atching plant which was installed by MEKA engineers successfully recently is C 120 Compact Type Batching Plant which has a capacity is 120 m³ compacted /hour.  This s equipped with 5000/3330 l. MEKA Twin-shaft mixer with double discharge chute. The serial  production can be executed with double discharge chutes without any truck mixer approach lost time. The truck mixers can easily approach the e discharge points from 3 different directions (180 ° approach opportunity).

C 120 Compact Type is equipped with a hot deep galvanized the main chassis. The supporting legs, main structure, cement, water and additive weight batchers, platforms, stairs, and parapets of the main chassis are all completely hot deep galvanized. Completely galvanized heavy and stable main chassis allows extreme durability, safe transportation, continuous long-life operation, and sensitive weighing by minimizing the vibrations to the scales.

This  includes a 4x 25 m³ MEKA Inline Type Aggregate Bin which has fully galvanized discharge chutes: a weighing hopper and a weighing conveyor. This aggregate bin is fed by a radial type aggregate pre-feeding system.

Related to climate and project requirements, MEKA designs this  with an ice weighing batcher, a micro silica weighing system, and a second independent cement weight batcher for GGBS / fly ash.
