MEKA has added a new concrete batching plant in Jordan to its hundreds of concrete batching plant references in the Middle East. MEKA engineers have successfully installed the C100 Compact Concrete Batching Plant for our customer Al-Moasron, one of the leading companies in the cement industry in Jordan, and concrete production started.
This plant, which was established in the city of Kerak, 130 km south of the capital Amman, with the close cooperation of our Jordanian dealer Rabwat Ammon, will be used in the production of ready-mixed concrete.
C100 Compact Concrete Batching Plant, which started concrete production, has 4x 25 m³ capacity Aggregate Bunker and 2,25 m³ MEKA Twinshaft mixer. Equipped with 2 pcs 100 tons cement silos and 1 piece 50 tons microsilica silo, this concrete batching plant has also an additional micro silica scale.
MEKA produces 4x 25 m³ capacity Aggregate Bunker's aggregate pouring chutes, weighing bunker, weighing belt and all belt safety devices as standard in C 100 Concrete Batching Plant as dip galvanized. In addition, the main chassis where the mixer and cement, water and additive scales are located is produced as complete dip galvanized. The operational life of the concrete batching plant is extended with the units produced as dip galvanized.
With the advanced "MEKASOFT" concrete production software prepared by MEKA engineers and SIEMENS PLC and SIEMENS Swarex weighing modules used as standard, weighing accuracy is ensured at the highest level and concrete production can be done very quickly and easily.
