As part of its ongoing commitment to employee development, MEKA held the first session of the Project Management Training on September 19–20 in collaboration with the Turkish Quality Association (KalDer). The training was delivered by PMI-certified instructor Gönenç Şener.
The program brought together senior executives alongside employees from various departments, fostering cross-functional participation. Attendees gained valuable insights, ranging from the fundamental principles of project management to hands-on case studies.
By adopting the globally recognized PMI methodology, MEKA aims to embed international best practices into its projects and strengthen quality at every stage. In this direction, continuous investment is made in employee development to ensure both corporate and operational projects are implemented with the highest efficiency and quality.
