Three different kinds of demand

Demand in Tripoli splits into three distinct profiles. Ready-mix producers serving several sites in a single day need high-capacity stationary plants (120–200 m³/h) with large cement silos so production is not interrupted waiting for deliveries. Contractors working on one major project usually get the best cost per cubic metre from a mid-capacity stationary plant (60–120 m³/h). Projects that move between sites across the city and its outskirts are better served by a mobile or compact plant, installed at zero level with no additional concrete footings and relocated later.

Haul distance is part of the sizing decision

In a city the size of Tripoli, haul time becomes a factor in choosing capacity. Every extra minute on the road costs slump and eats into setting time, especially in summer. The answer is not always a bigger plant — sometimes it is a plant closer to the site, which makes a compact or mobile unit an economic decision rather than a purely logistical one.

Coastal summer conditions

High temperatures combined with coastal humidity make fresh concrete temperature a condition of acceptance, not a detail. We supply chiller units, ice weighing hoppers and multiple water lines, and hot-dip galvanise the components exposed to water and dust.

Aggregate and crushing

For operators who prefer to produce their own aggregate rather than buy it, we supply crushing and screening plants: jaw, cone and impact crushers, feeders, screens and washing equipment, fixed or portable depending on the quarry.
