MEKA has installed its
M100 Mobile Concrete Batching Plant solution, distinguished by its high production capacity, mobile structure, and reliable performance, as part of a new ready-mix concrete investment in France.
Offering a strong alternative for mobile concrete batching plant projects in France, this plant provides businesses with high efficiency, operational flexibility, and sustainable production advantages, with a concrete production capacity of up to 100 m³ per hour.
With its rapid installation advantage, easily transportable structure, and robust design that adapts to challenging site conditions, the mobile concrete batching plant offers an ideal solution for ready-mix concrete companies aiming for uninterrupted production. Thanks to its compact structure, the plant can quickly adapt to different project requirements, while its high-performance mixer technology and precise weighing-dosing infrastructure support the production of standard-compliant and homogeneous concrete.
The MEKA mobile concrete batching plant commissioned within the scope of the project was equipped with special systems designed to increase production efficiency, simplify maintenance processes, and strengthen operational continuity. The plant includes a mixer-top filter, aggregate bin moisture measurement system, high-pressure automatic mixer washing system, and stationary aggregate pre-feeding system.
In addition, the compressor system, MCC panel, PLC-controlled automation infrastructure, and complete plant cabling—supporting safe, efficient, and controlled operation—were also included in the project scope in line with MEKA engineering standards.
This mobile concrete batching plant solution commissioned by MEKA in France adds value to investments in the ready-mix concrete sector with its production capacity, durable design, automation infrastructure, and mobile structure that adapts to site conditions.
With its strong engineering experience, production quality, and customer-oriented solutions, MEKA continues to deliver tailor-made solutions for the needs of ready-mix concrete producers in international markets, particularly in Europe.
