MEKA Continues to Increase the Number of Concrete Batching Plants in Turkey

MEKA — which can meet both the needs of ready-mixed concrete companies and the needs of construction companies in many construction projects large and small in Turkey — continues to rapidly increase its references in Turkey during 2023.

Preferred in many construction projects in Turkey during 2023, both in the earthquake region and outside it, MEKA continues to be the first choice of its former customers as well.

Erişsan, which has ready-mixed concrete production facilities in Bursa, Ankara Kazan and Ankara Yenimahalle, again chose MEKA for its new investment in Gölmarmara, Manisa. The installation of the project was completed and delivered to Erişsan. The plant installed for ready-mixed concrete production is a 120 BM Meka Mobile Concrete Batching Plant. The mobile concrete batching plant, with a production capacity of 120 m³/hour, is equipped with a 3.33 m³ Meka Twin-shaft mixer. It has a 4×25 m³ capacity mobile (rubber-tyred, towable type) aggregate bin, and a mobile (rubber-tyred, towable type) main chassis on which the entire mixer, the cement-water-admixture weighing groups, and the mixer feed belt are mounted.

This plant, which can be installed easily and quickly, can easily be shipped and relocated to another place at the end of the project. Since it can be installed on a flat concrete floor, it does not need special concrete foundations.

The plant in Manisa, equipped with 3 cement silos of 100 tonnes, has a Computerized Fully Automatic Control System with a Siemens PLC. The plant, which has the MEKASoft concrete software developed by MEKA engineers, has become a new link in Erişsan's trust in MEKA.
