MEKA Global Receives Jury Encouragement Award at KalDer’s 28th Quality Circle Sharing Conference

MEKA Global has once again highlighted its commitment to continuous improvement and team excellence through a significant achievement. Participating for the first time, our company received the Jury Encouragement Award at the 28th Quality Circle Sharing Conference organized by the KalDer Ankara Branch, with our dedicated team “MEKABİN.”

This achievement demonstrates MEKA’s strong commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in practice. Within the scope of the Kaizen approach, the project aimed to systematically analyze and permanently eliminate an issue originating from a supplier. Throughout this process, the MEKABİN team displayed exemplary performance by effectively applying problem-solving techniques — from root cause analysis to action planning.

The award was later presented by the MEKABİN team to MEKA’s top management, further promoting awareness of continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
