Our customer — the largest ready-mixed concrete producer in the city of Kokand, Uzbekistan, who made their first investment in 2017 with a 60 W MEKA Stationary Concrete Batching Plant — chose MEKA once again for their new investment in 2023. The customer stated that they preferred MEKA for their new investment as well because of the high quality, high durability, high production performance and uninterrupted operation of MEKA products.
Choosing the 140 m³/hour capacity K 140 MEKA Stationary Concrete Batching Plant for their new investment, our customer supplies concrete for many construction projects underway in Kokand, most of them undertaken by international companies. They noted that, thanks to the ability to produce high-precision concrete with MEKA batching plants, they have become the ready-mixed concrete company of first choice for the construction projects of international firms.
The plant was successfully commissioned by MEKA engineers in the city of Kokand in March 2023 and began concrete production.
The commissioned K 140 Stationary concrete batching plant has a 4x 25 m³ in-line type aggregate bin. On all K 140 batching plants, MEKA manufactures the aggregate discharge chutes located beneath the aggregate bin, the aggregate batching hopper and the aggregate weighing conveyor entirely in hot-dip galvanized form to ensure long service life.
In addition, on K 140 batching plants the main chassis load-bearing structure, all water-cement-additive weighing groups located on the mixer, the aggregate storage bin, all main-chassis walkways, railings and stairs are manufactured entirely in hot-dip galvanized form. This provides users with a major advantage in extending the service life of these units — which are particularly exposed to water — and in increasing corrosion resistance.
The K 140 Stationary Concrete batching plant installed in Uzbekistan features a 3.33 m³ MEKA Twinshaft mixer and is equipped with the MekaSoft Advanced Concrete Production Program designed by MEKA software engineers.
