C135 B Concrete Batching Plant Project in Oman

A leading ready-mix concrete producer in Oman, aiming to meet the region's increasing demand for high-quality concrete with greater capacity and production continuity, has strengthened its production infrastructure with the C135 B Concrete Batching Plant. Known for its high performance, reliable design, and flexible production capabilities, the C135 B was commissioned as part of the project with an advanced automation system, multiple water supply lines, and integrated silo solutions.

The technical infrastructure of the concrete production facility was specially configured to improve operational efficiency and respond quickly to different production requirements. Within the scope of the project, the plant's MCC panel and automation system were designed for full integration with a total of four silos and screw conveyors, including three cement silos and one microsilica silo. This configuration enables precise raw material management and reliable control of the production process.

One of the key features enhancing the facility's concrete quality and production flexibility is its multi-line water supply system. In addition to the standard water line, the system includes a chilled water line supplied by the chiller unit and a recycled water line. With three separate water supply channels, the plant is configured to deliver more stable concrete production under varying climate conditions and project requirements.

To support production precision, two 40 kg additive scales and four additive pumps were integrated into the system. Accurate and controlled additive dosing contributes to consistent concrete quality throughout the production process. To simplify operational control and make maintenance activities more practical, the piping systems were designed with a transparent piping layout.

For aggregate transfer, an 800 x 16,000 mm chevron-type transfer conveyor and a 5 x 25 m³ aggregate bunker were used. Both the transfer conveyor and the aggregate bunker were equipped with single-side walkways to facilitate maintenance and daily operation. This design improves accessibility across the plant while also supporting uninterrupted production.
