A Unique Solution from MEKA for a High-Capacity Gypsum Production Plant: A 16-Meter Apron Feeder
A globally operating building materials manufacturer partnered with MEKA to meet the need for high efficiency, durability, and uninterrupted operation in the crushing and screening stages of its gypsum production process. As part of this important project, MEKA specially designed and supplied a turnkey crushing and screening line that forms the foundation of the modern gypsum production plant.

The most remarkable technical feature of this gypsum production line is the 16-meter high-capacity apron feeder used in the system.

Designed based on experience gained from mining and heavy-duty applications, this long apron feeder (MAF 15160) supports process stability by ensuring continuous and controlled feeding. This structure makes a significant contribution to operational continuity, especially in the processing of irregular and heavy materials.
