MEKA Concrete Batching Plants Continue Their Leadership in Kuwait

Meka, together with its Kuwait dealer BOODAI Trading Company, installed a new C 120 Compact-Type Concrete Batching Plant for its customer, one of Kuwait's largest ready-mixed concrete producers.

The concrete batching plant recently successfully installed by MEKA engineers is the C 120 Compact-Type Concrete Batching Plant with a capacity of 120 m³ compacted/hour. The C 120 Compact Type is equipped with a deep hot-dip galvanized main chassis. The support legs of the main chassis, the main structure, the cement, water and admixture weight dosers, the platforms, stairs and railings are completely hot-dip galvanized. The completely galvanized, heavy and robust main chassis minimizes the vibrations reaching the scale, providing extreme durability, continuous long-lasting operation and very precise weighing.

The C 120 Compact-Type Concrete Batching Plant has a capacity of 5000/3330 l. MEKA Twin-shaft mixer, with a double discharge chute. With the double discharge chutes, mass production can be carried out without time loss when approaching the transit mixer. Transit mixers can easily approach the discharge points from 3 different directions (180° approach possibility).

Regarding Kuwait's hot-climate requirements, MEKA designs this batching plant with an ice-weighing batcher, a micro-silica weighing system and a second independent cement-weight batcher for GGBS / fly ash. The batching plant has 4×25 m³ MEKA In-line-Type Aggregate Bins with completely galvanized discharge chutes: a weighing hopper and a weighing conveyor.
