A CUSTOM DESIGN MEKA FEEDING HOPPER IS FEEDING A UNIQUE WASH PLANT IN THE USA

Tilcon is a very large aggregate supplier for the concrete and asphalt industries. In addition, they use their products in their own concrete batch plant and asphalt plant installations at various locations.

At their site in Norh Brandford a washing plant has been operating for many years but was no longer meeting the current requirements. The new installation had to be equipped with a complete water recycling system for sustainable water supply. The capacity of the new installation required large feeding bins with high storage capacity. Thanks to our dealer in New England, two custom design MEKA feeding hopper bins with capacity of 100 tons have been preferred by Tilcon Connecticut to feed this unique wash plant.

The bins are placed behind each other and optionally, different products can be mixed for maximum production. The design allows the addition of the third bin in the future.
