Lean Manufacturing Excellence at MEKA: Simulation Based Training Experience

MEKA production team successfully completed the training programme organised to increase their experience in lean production. Our Lean Factory Simulation training provided participants with a highly productive opportunity to understand the importance of applying lean principles in production processes through realistic scenarios. The training provided a tangible transformation in improving production conditions and costs, while increasing the participants' capacity to effectively implement lean production methodology.
