Lean Manufacturing Excellence at MEKA: Simulation-Based Training Experience

MEKA's production team successfully completed a training program organized to enhance their expertise in lean manufacturing. Our Lean Factory Simulation training gave participants a highly productive opportunity to grasp, through realistic scenarios, the importance of applying lean principles in production processes.
