PORTABLE TWO-STAGE PLANT

Portable Two-Stage plants are wheel-mounted rock crushing machines with the main features; design, innovation and functionality. Integrated in a single module which provide a combined  and screening solution, they are suitable for  hard and soft rock, such as granite, basalt, limestone, as well recycled materials, and are the optimal choice if you want to move the  plant from one site to another periodically. They are easily transportable between production sites and often utilized in aggregates production and recycling applications.

All units are built for durability and constructed from a robust heavy duty chassis frame which is fully assembled on a single trailer and mounted on triple axle bogie. The simple, yet effective design includes many benefits for quick set-up and ease of maintenance, resulting in more uptime and higher productivity.

High Performance and Reliability

• MPD 90 is a complete processing unit fully assembled on a single trailer frame. Featuring the MGF 1036 grizzly feeder, highly reliable and productive MJ 90 jaw for , MCH 900 cone for, closed circuit belt conveyors for excellent feed to the MS 1650 vibrating screen, it offers a highly versatile, highend capacity plant capable of processing 1-4 products at a low cost-per-tonne operation.
• MGF 1036 grizzly feeder with by-pass chute for greater flexibility can be easily loaded using a wheel loader, excavator. Frequency inverter for feeder speed control to optimize the feed are also key components of this range to make your process easier
• MJ 90 has deep chamber which maximizes feed size, capacity and reduction. It is also easily adjustable to suit the needs of the task at hand
• Hydraulic cone setting of the MCH 900  ensures smooth operation, and the overload protection feature provides maximum uptime
• Choice of several different settings for a wide range of applications, enabling fine tuning to your specification and improved capacity
• Heavy duty chassis beams, strength analysis on structural parts and quality components for durability
